The genealogy of the Carmel Public School starts with the founding of the Sabas English school in 1983. The CBSE system was introduced in 1998. The well-equipped Carmel Nursery school with over 200 students and the 400 strong Carmel junior Public School and the 300 strong Carmel secondary and senior secondary school are situated in three different but adjacent campuses. These campuses offer congenial atmosphere for learning and growth. It is in a rural area, but close enough to the town. The fresh air, healthy drinking water, the nearby river, the panoramic scenery, easy transportation facilities and a host of other healthy and environmental factors contribute to the normal growth and development of our students.

The students are given ample opportunities in leadership training. They are prepared to take part in inter-school competitions, quiz competitions and scholarship examinations. Along with high academic standard, a well integrated personality of our students is the goal of our school.
